Evergreen Healthcare Solutions Inc. (EHS) assists people who are living with Developmental Disability (DD) to acquire the necessary skill sets that will help them to be self-reliant in the community. As part of our campaign, we ensure that every individual who subscribes to Community Living-Group Home Support services lives a healthy and safe life so that he or she will be able to make life decisions. Individuals who subscribe to our services are assisted to choose what they would like to have in their lives voluntarily to become independent. In furtherance, we encourage participants who subscribe to our Community Living-Group Home Support services to have a say on the services they want to provide to them in their person-centered plans as our ever-supportive agency supports them in whatever choices they have made to experience life to the full.
